A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Know who's hiring.
Show what you can do.

Finding work should begin with trust. Your experience should count for more than a job title.

SkillBridge is building a way for Cambodian workers to discover opportunities with clearer employer information and create a Career Passport that brings their skills and work history together.

Built for Cambodia. Built around the people who do the work.

01 / BEFORE THE NEXT JOB

A job offer shouldn't leave you guessing.

Who is hiring? Is the company real? Is the job information accurate? Who can you contact if something feels wrong?

These are reasonable questions.

But workers don't always have clear answers before making an important decision.

And when information is missing, a promising opportunity can become a risk.

Finding work should come with more information, not more uncertainty.

[ 02 / TRUST STARTS WITH INFORMATION ]

Know the employer before you take the next step.

SkillBridge is being designed to help workers make more informed decisions about the opportunities they explore.

Know · See · Speak

Know who's behind the job.

Employer verification is intended to help workers distinguish checked company information from unverified claims.

See clearer job information.

We're designing job-information checks so workers can better understand an opportunity before responding.

Speak up when something feels wrong.

Reporting suspicious listings is part of the safety experience we want to build.

03 / YOUR EXPERIENCE GOES WITH YOU

You may change jobs.
Your experience doesn't disappear.

You've spent time learning the work. You've built skills, taken on responsibilities, and gained experience that a job title alone can't explain.

Why should you have to start from zero every time you look for something new?

Introducing the SkillBridge Career Passport.

A CV tells an employer what you say you've done.

The Career Passport is designed to help you show a fuller picture of your experience, including information that can be confirmed.

Build it through your work. Carry it into what's next.

04 / FIND WHAT FITS

01 / Approaching

A better opportunity should make sense for you.

The right job isn't only about the title. Your skills matter. So does the location. So does whether the employer needs the experience you already have.

02 / At the threshold

SkillBridge aims to make it easier to explore opportunities based on practical skills and distance, helping you focus on work that's relevant to you.

Not every opening will be the right one.

03 / Inside

The point is to help you find the ones worth looking at.

05THE JOURNEY

  1. 01

Find an opportunity with clearer information.

Explore job details and employer information before deciding whether to take the next step.

  2. 02

Show the skills you already have.

Present your practical experience so employers can understand more than your job title.

  3. 03

    Connect with a relevant employer.

Find opportunities related to your skills and begin a conversation.

  4. 04

    Keep building your Career Passport.

Bring your experience and supporting records together as your career develops.

Factory accounts, job posting and hiring are live today. The worker app is what comes next — the sections below show where it is going.

06THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CONNECTION

Find workers beyond the job title.

Hiring becomes harder when you can't easily tell what someone knows how to do.

SkillBridge helps factories publish vacancies with confirmed pay, shift and location, and review the workers who apply — each applicant's skills and availability in front of you.

  1. Make your company easier to identify.

Submit your business registration licence and SkillBridge staff verify your factory before it can post jobs.

  2. See the experience behind the profile.

See each applicant's skills, availability and languages up front, rather than working it out from a job title.

  3. Find people who fit the work.

Publish a vacancy and work through the applications it receives. SkillBridge never shares a worker's phone number until they agree.

Set up your factory account and post your first vacancy.

07WHY WE STARTED

We started with a problem worth solving.

A worker shouldn't have to take unnecessary risks just to look for a job.

And years of experience shouldn't be reduced to a job title that barely tells the story.

SkillBridge began with five people who wanted to build a better way for Cambodian workers and employers to find and understand each other.

That means working on trust, not just job listings. It means helping experience become something workers can carry forward, not something they have to explain from the beginning every time.

That's the SkillBridge we're building.

08THE PEOPLE

Bridging Talent. Building Futures.

THE NEXT STEP

Your work has a history.
Your future deserves a clearer path.

We're building SkillBridge around three things: opportunities you can investigate with more confidence, experience you can show, and a Career Passport you can build over time.

Whether you're a worker or an employer, we'd like to hear from you.

SkillBridge is live for factories: create an account, get verified, and post jobs today. The worker app, job applications and Career Passports are still being built.

Frequently asked questions

  • How does SkillBridge help protect workers from scams?

SkillBridge is being designed with employer verification, clearer job information, and a way to report suspicious listings. These measures are intended to reduce risk, but no verification system can guarantee that every opportunity is safe. The safety features are not live yet.

  • What does a verified employer mean?

The intended verification process checks information about an employer's identity and business. A verification mark should indicate which information has been checked, rather than guarantee a hiring outcome.

  • What is the Career Passport?

It's a portable digital career record being developed to bring together your work history, practical skills, training, and supporting experience records, including employer-confirmed information where available.

  • Do I need to start a new Career Passport when I change jobs?

The Career Passport is designed to grow with your experience so you can use your career record beyond a single job.

  • Can I apply for jobs now?

For factories, yes — sign up, get verified and post jobs today. The worker app, with job discovery and Career Passports, is still being built.

  • Does SkillBridge guarantee that I will find a job?

No. SkillBridge aims to help workers and employers connect through clearer information and relevant experience. Employment decisions remain with the people involved.

  • How can I contact SkillBridge?
